Dardanel Toned Ravioli

Materials

2 @dardanel tons of olive oil
- 2 cups (measuring glass) of flour
- 2 eggs
- salt

For the above;
- butter
- oregano
If you make it in different colours, knead a glass of flour and an egg in separate bowls until they are thoroughly homogeneous. Then, roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin until it is very thin. When you have difficulty opening it, sprinkle flour little by little and continue opening it. After rolling out, cut your dough right in the middle, then use something with a round mouth (glass, lid, dough shape, etc.) to determine the places where you will put the filling and put the filling. (Make sure it is lean tuna because the dough will not close). After cutting, seal the edges by pressing them firmly with your hand. Throw your ravioli dough into boiling water on the stove and cook for no more than 3 minutes. Then, pour the butter that you melted in the pan with the thyme on top and enjoy!
