Dardanel Tuna Pizza

Ingredients

For the dough:
450 grams flour
50 grams wheat bran
385 ml warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 packet dry sourdough yeast (35g)

For the sauce:
1 cup tomato sauce

For topping:
400 grams shredded mozzarella
1 red onion
3 green bell peppers
2 packets of Spicy Dardanel Tuna
Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Then mix all the ingredients with a mixer. (Yes, the dough will have a slightly sticky consistency; don't worry.) Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise until it doubles in size.

2. Place the risen dough on a floured surface. Sprinkle more flour and shape the dough to the desired size using your fingertips. Place an overturned baking sheet on top and add parchment paper. Place the dough on the parchment paper.

3. Spread the sauce over the dough, add shredded mozzarella, thinly sliced onions and peppers, and finally, Spicy Dardanel Tuna. Bake in a preheated oven at 270 degrees Celsius (or your oven's highest setting) until the pizza is golden brown. The oven should be without a fan, and when placing the pizza in the oven, pour about 1/2 cup of water into the oven to create steam, which will help the pizza rise nicely.
