Dardanel Tuna Boat
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of toast bread
- 1 can of Dardanel Tuna in Olive Oil
- Two sprigs of parsley
- Two sprigs of dill
- 1 stalk of green onion
- 1 pickled cucumber
- 1 tablespoon canned corn and peas
- 1 tablespoon strained yogurt
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:
Cut the toast bread into rounds using a circular mold or a large glass. Roll it out slightly with a rolling pin and place it in a muffin tin or heat-resistant bowl. Toast in a 180°C oven until golden brown, then transfer to a plate and let it cool.
Place Dardanel Tuna in Olive Oil in a bowl. Add finely chopped parsley, dill, green onion, canned corn, peas, pickles, mayonnaise, and strained yogurt. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into the toast bread cups. Garnish with corn, red pepper, and mint. Serve and enjoy.
