Turkey's fish and seafood expert, Dardanel, has released its consolidated financial reports for the first nine months of 2022. Maintaining its leadership position in the industry in our country throughout the first nine months of the year, the company continued its successful trajectory by increasing its sales by 133% compared to the same period last year. With a yearly revenue of 1.160 billion TL in 2021, the company reached a revenue of 1.9 billion TL in just the first nine months of this year. With this impressive sales performance, Dardanel achieved a profit of 35.9 million TL this year, compared to a profit of 6.2 million TL in the first nine months of the previous year.
The company's EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) also increased by 129% compared to the first nine months of 2021, reaching 222 million TL.
OUR PRODUCTION CAPACITY AND GROWTH WILL CONTINUE STABLY

When we look at the financial reports of the first nine months of 2022 compared to the previous year, we see that we increased our sales by 133%. These developments are gratifying for a company like ours, which continuously expands the geographical reach of our value-added fish and seafood products produced in our country and gains momentum in exports. Despite increasing costs, our company managed to increase its EBITDA by 129% compared to the first nine months of the previous year with successful revenue performance. In line with our strategies, we will continue to reap the returns of our investments in R&D, innovation, and new production lines. We will develop products in different categories to bring the expertise of Dardanel together with new consumer groups and continue investments in this direction. Towards our goal of becoming one of the world's largest seafood producers, we will continue our stable growth with branded and value-added production both domestically and internationally."
