In this regard, we aim to inform and enlighten you as the Data Controller with the most transparency regarding the methods of collecting your personal data, the purposes of processing, the legal reasons for processing, and your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), which is designed to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, particularly the privacy of private life.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law for purposes such as the execution, development, and fulfillment of customer requests related to the accommodation services provided by our Company, management of training, seminars, and events, enabling relevant units to conduct necessary activities for benefiting individuals from the services and products offered by our Company, carrying out commercial activities, planning and executing commercial and/or business strategies, ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial security of our Company and related persons, verifying identity during the creation of membership records via our website, providing and improving the services offered on our website, developing appropriate software versions, responding to communication requests conveyed through our website, and fulfilling obligations arising from the nature of the services offered on our website.

Parties to Which Personal Data is Transferred and Purpose of Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred to our Holding group companies and affiliates, shareholders, business partners, suppliers, authorized public institutions, and private persons within the framework of the purposes specified in the first article of this Personal Data Processing Information Text and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may vary depending on the service, product, or commercial activity provided by our Company and may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through methods such as visits to our Site, reservations, membership creation, and utilization of the Site, as well as through offices, branches, dealers, call centers, websites, social media channels, mobile applications, and similar means. The obtained personal data is processed within the scope of the conditions for personal data processing specified in the second paragraph of Article 5 and the third paragraph of Article 6 of the Law and for the purposes mentioned in this Information Text.

Retention Period of Personal Data

Our Company will retain your personal data provided as the Data Owner for the duration required by the processing purposes specified above. Additionally, in the event of any disputes, your personal data may be retained for the duration of the statute of limitations determined by the relevant legislation, limited to the purpose of making the necessary defenses within the scope of the dispute.

Measures and Commitments Regarding Data Security

Our Company undertakes to take necessary technical and administrative measures and to conduct necessary audits to ensure:

• Personal data is not processed unlawfully,
• Personal data is not accessed unlawfully,
• Personal data is stored securely.

Our Company will not disclose the personal data it obtains to others in violation of the Personal Data Processing Information Text and the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and related legislation, and will not use it for purposes other than processing.

Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data

According to Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed personal data and request the notification of this process to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant laws if the reasons for processing are no longer valid and request the notification of this process to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Demand compensation for the damages in case of suffering damages due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

You can submit your requests regarding your rights mentioned above to Haydar Aliyev Cad. No: 142, Tarabya, Istanbul in writing, or via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address you have previously notified to the Company and registered in the Company's systems to dardanel@dardanel.com.tr. Your requests will be evaluated and finalized within 30 (thirty) days. In your requests as the Data Owner, it is mandatory to include your name, surname, signature if the application is in writing, Turkish ID number or if you are a foreigner, your nationality, passport number or ID number if available, your residential or business address for notification, your email address, telephone and fax number if available, and the subject of the request. No fee will be charged for responses up to ten pages in written applications, but our Company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the tariff determined by the legislation for responses exceeding ten pages. If the response to the application is provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, our Company may charge you the cost of the recording medium.

Changes to the Text

Our Company may change the provisions of this Text at any time by publishing it. The changes made by our Company take effect on the date they are published.
