Instructions:
For the dough, mix the ingredients in the order listed in a mixing bowl and knead until you have a soft, non-sticky dough. Knead the dough well for about 10 minutes. Cover the bowl and let it rest for 40-45 minutes until it doubles in size. Once risen, gather the dough with your hands to remove excess air. Divide it into 4 equal parts, shape each into a ball, and roll out each ball into a circle the width of a round baking dish using a rolling pin.
Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese around the edges, then fold and seal the edges as shown in the video. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the prepared sauce on the base of the dough. Add your desired toppings in layers: cheddar, Spicy Dardanel Tuna, corn, onions, and bell peppers.
Bake in a preheated oven at 300 degrees Celsius until it turns golden brown. About 3-4 minutes before removing it from the oven, sprinkle additional shredded cheddar on top and bake until the cheese melts. Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, remove it from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, and then serve.
