Dardanel Tuna Salad with Corn and Sesame-Crusted Pizza
Ingredients:
For the pizza dough:
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 heaping tablespoons whole wheat flour (it should have a non-sticky consistency)

Instructions:
First, mix the egg, yogurt, and olive oil. Add salt, baking powder, and whole wheat flour. Knead well until you have a non-sticky consistency. Roll out the dough in a circular shape, giving it a thicker edge, and use a fork to poke holes in the center to prevent it from rising too much.
Brush the edges with egg yolk, sprinkle sesame seeds, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 6-7 minutes without adding the filling.
Remove the dough from the oven, spread Dardanel Tuna Salad with Corn on the pizza base, and return it to the oven until the edges are golden brown.
