Dardanel Tuna Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
3 cups whole wheat pasta
2 cucumbers
5-6 cherry tomatoes
10 lettuce leaves
2 cans Dardanel Spicy Tuna
1/2 bunch of parsley
1 small onion
3 sprigs of mint
For the dressing:
1 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper

Instructions:
Boil the pasta with a pinch of salt for 10 minutes. Drain the remaining water using a strainer. Slice the cucumber into rings, cut the tomatoes in half, and finely chop the lettuce, parsley, and mint. Slice the onions into thin rings. Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
