Somer Chef's Dardanel Tuna and Lemon Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 can (150g) Dardanel Tuna in Olive Oil
- 1 packet of pasta
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese
- 3-4 sprigs of parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper

Instructions:
1. Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. While the pasta is cooking, open the Dardanel Tuna can easily, pour the oil into a pan, and add finely chopped garlic when it heats up. After sautéing for a bit in the pan, add lemon juice and lemon zest. Cook, stirring, until the tuna is heated. Add salt and black pepper.
2. Mix the drained pasta with the sauce. Add a tablespoon of grated cheddar on top. Here's a fantastic, both practical and healthy, flavor for you. Enjoy your meal!
