Dardanel Tuna Pasta

Ingredients

- 1 package of pasta
- 1 package of Spicy Dardanel Tuna
- 1 onion
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1.5 teaspoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste

For topping:
- A bowl of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
Instructions:

1. Boil the pasta in plenty of water.
2. Meanwhile, in a separate pan, pour the oil from the Spicy Dardanel Tuna and sauté the finely chopped onions until they turn pink.
3. Add the grated tomatoes and tomato paste, and cook.
4. Add the spices.
5. Mash the Spicy Dardanel Tuna with a fork and mix it into the sauce.
6. Take the boiled and drained pasta into a baking dish and mix it thoroughly with the sauce.
7. On top of the hot pasta, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and dried mint, then mix well.
