Dardanel brings women power to the field
Turkey's fish expert Dardanel is among the leading companies in our country that prioritize women's employment with a total of 1,657 female employees. Creating value for our country by introducing thousands of women into the economy since its establishment in 1984, Dardanel now emphasizes the importance of women's power in football.
The Çanakkale Dardanel Women's Football Team, established this season, will compete in the 3rd League of the Turkish Football Federation in the rapidly developing women's football branch, which is progressing simultaneously in Europe and our country. The team consists of 22 female football players, most of whom are between the ages of 17-26, studying at the undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels in sports science faculties of universities, and holding coaching certificates in football and other sports, most of whom are from Çanakkale.
The Women's Football Team, coached by Çanakkale Dardanel Sports Director Deniz Ünver, continues their training at their own facilities with the aim of winning the championship. One of Ünver's four assistants in the women's team is performance coach Büşra Atak from Çanakkale.
Atak has been working hard since the beginning of the season for the success of both the men's and women's teams.

The players of the Çanakkale Dardanel Women's Football Team also appeared in a commercial film prepared for International Women's Day on March 8th. With the film focusing on reflecting women's love for football, their determination, and hard work on the field, Dardanel celebrates International Women's Day for all hardworking women.
