Dardanel Baked Pasta with Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
1 packet of pasta
1 packet of Spicy Dardanel Tuna
1 packet of Dardanel Tuna Salad with Corn
For béchamel sauce:
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of butter
1 liter of milk
Nutmeg
Black pepper
Salt
Grated mozzarella cheese for topping
1 packet of pasta
1 packet of Spicy Dardanel Tuna
1 packet of Dardanel Tuna Salad with Corn
For béchamel sauce:
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of butter
1 liter of milk

Grated mozzarella cheese for topping
Instructions
◾ Boil and drain the pasta. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour, and sauté until the flour smell disappears.
◾ Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until it thickens. Once it thickens, add the spices, mix, and remove from heat.
◾ In a bowl, mix the pasta, béchamel sauce, Spicy Dardanel Tuna, and Dardanel Tuna Salad with Corn. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
◾ Top with grated mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until the top is golden brown. Serve after baking.
